Krishna Balakrishnan is Ph.D. in Environmental Planning from the University of California, Berkeley. A spatial data science specialist, he leads the development of innovative spatial analysis workflows, integrating machine learning, and computer vision at MapSolve AI, where he is the Co-Founder and Chief of Research.

Chrisphin Karthick

Scientist at Indian Institute of Astrophysics

Chrisphin Karthick is a Scientist at the Indian Institute of Astrophysics (IIA) in Bengaluru, focusing on public outreach, astronomy education, celestial mechanics, and asteroid dynamics. Holding a Ph.D. in Astrophysics from Aryabhatta Research Institute of Observational Sciences (ARIES), he previously served as Assistant Professor at Loyola College and Postdoctoral Researcher at University of Malaya. An IAU member, he excels in STEM/STEAM research communication.

Jatan Mehta

Acclaimed Space Blogger

Jatan Mehta is a well-established science communicator, credited with a substantial body of articles and talks delivered across global platforms. He is also the author of Moon Monday, the world’s only blog and newsletter dedicated to covering and analyzing moon exploration developments. He brings his expertise to the Cosmofluencer platform with the aim of inculcating the art of effective communication among our members. There is much to learn from his eloquence in conveying scientific ideas with clarity and precision.

Aerospace Engineer from IISc, Scientist at KAUST

Janardhanraj S. is a Research Scientist at KAUST (King Abdullah University of Science and Technology) in, Saudi Arabia, focusing on high-speed flow phenomena and applications. With a degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science (IISC), he specialises in research, scientific editing, and science communication, this bridging the gap between academia and technology commercialization.

Pranav Satyanath

Space Policy Expert

Pranav is a prominent researcher and analyst focusing on governance, regulations, and strategic aspects of India’s space sector, including IN-SPACe and the Indian Space Policy 2023. An independent consultant, Pranav actively contributes to the policy discourse in defence, space, and government ecosystems.

Amit Vishwas

Scientist at Cornell University

Amit Vishwas is an astronomer specializing in far-infrared and submillimeter spectroscopy of the interstellar medium in galaxies. He earned a B Tech in Information Technology from NIT Surathkal before pursuing graduate studies at Cornell University, contributing to the ZEUS-2 spectrometer for early universe observations. His research characterizes atomic and molecular lines in astrophysical environments, bridging instrumentation and galactic studies.
